Key Accounts Sales Manager

- Achieve growth through multiple channels:
- Assigned Network of Manufacturers’ Representatives
- Direct to the Market
- Provide sales support and direction to our National Network of Manufacturer’s Representatives:
- Quarterly business reviews ensuring alignment in goals and performance
- Training on CES technology
- Field work promoting CES through joint calls and lunch n’ learn presentations
- Direct to the Market:
- Identify and work directly with the assigned end-users in the following markets:
- Identify, qualify and ultimately sell all CES products to the market through assigned manufacturer representatives / directly to the end user.

- Travel expectations – 50 percent
- Field work:
- Site visits to obtain enough information for proposals
- Presentation of CES technology in a classroom forum
- Trade Shows promoting the CES Brand
- Promote CES directly to end-users in agreed-upon market focus areas

Skills and Competencies:
- Utilizes a Sales System and Process
- Capability to navigate C-suite relationships
